7.3.5. Financial Reporting Requirements

All FCMs must file a report each month detailing their current financial condition. This monthly report must be filed electronically no later than 17 business days from the last business day of the month on Form 1-FR-FCM. At the close of its fiscal year, the FCM must also file a Form 1-FR-FCM that is certified by an independent public accountant. The certified annual report must be filed no later than 60 days after the end of the fiscal year.

IBs that do not operate under a guarantee agreement must file two semiannual reports showing their current financial condition. These reports are t
