9.3.5. Distribution of Third‑Party Research Reports

A third-party research report is a report that is produced by someone other than the member firm that intends to distribute it. When a member firm distributes a third-party research report, it must clearly label the report as having been produced by a third party. It must also provide the web address for a disclosure of conflicts of interest that may have influenced the choice of third-p
