2.4.2.1.2. DPP Rollups

A DPP rollup is a transaction involving the combination or consolidation of one or more non-exchange traded DPPs into another public DPP, public corporation, or public trust. A DPP rollup is usually done to turn a previously illiquid DPP investment into a liquid investment. DPP rollups are typically subject to an investor vote. Proper disclosure documents must be presented to investors before a proposed rollup vote. These must include the disclosure
