Specified Settlement Instructions

Occasionally, a buyer or seller cannot make delivery in a regular way settlement, and the parties may agree to a delayed settlement. This can be accomplished in one of three ways. With a delayed delivery instruction, the parties will agree at the time of the transactions to deliver at a date specified on the confirmation ticket. I took this Series 28 today and passed on my first try! I think the practice exams helped a ton, though in general, I would say the actual test seemed (at least to me), more difficult than the practice exams. Either way, couldn't have done it without the Solomon Exam Prep.
