If a customer deposits cash or cash dividends into a margin account, the debit balance is reduced by that amount and the equity increased by that same amount. The SMA also increases dollar for dollar by the amount entered.

I used Solomon for the Series 52 after failing twice with Kaplan and STC. Solomon was immensely more helpful, simpler to understand, and more accurate than both companies combined.
