Registration Requirements
All Market Center Participants must be registered with Nasdaq, which is conditioned on compliance with the following requirements:
- • Execution of applicable agreements with Nasdaq
- • Membership in or access to a clearing agency registered with the SEC, through which trades may be settled
- • Compliance with Nasdaq rules
- • Maintenance of the physical security of the participant’s equipment to prevent the improper use of Nasdaq s
